Event Details

The last few years have seen the emergence of creative new forms of church in mission with a buzz around emerging church, mission shaped church and fresh expressions. This movement is young, fragile and exciting.

Blah... learning days are daylong events that take place in london where we bring together key speakers for a day of discussion around some key areas in the ongoing conversation about emerging church/fresh expressions.

New Monasticism
with the Northumbria Community and Gareth Powell from moot.

There has been a reurgence of interest in the monastic way of life recently and many groups have been considering developing their own 'way of life'. So come and hear from the Northumbria community, and Gareth who is helping moot to think in urban monastic ways.

To book you will need to have a credit card. Or you can set up a paypal UK account. The paypal UK account accepts maestro/switch cards as well as credit credit cards. To set up a paypal UK account click here. Or you can pay by cheque, made payable to 'St Matthews Church', send cheques to FAO Rev Ian Mobsby, St Matthews Church, 20 Great Peter Street, London, SW1P 2BU.

The day includes lunch and drinks.
So come along and discuss all this and more.
